Knitting needle holder

Hand thrown on my potters wheel this vase features a tall funnel shape, rounded rim and bold Ram's head design as a reminder of the sheep whose fleece your knitting! The Ram's head was created by modelling a medallion of clay by hand and impressing it onto the thrown form, gentle throwing rings remain on the outside so you can feel where my hands have pulled the clay upwards.
